You get into the service menu usually on a samsung tv by;
power the tv off.
press info
press menu.
press mute.
then press power on.
Then wait.
How to change country, I don’t know.

There is no mute button on original Samsung remote control.

You can apply for 1 free receiver for the free-to-cable basic subscription. Unfortunately the form on the Ziggo website is in Dutch only:
https://www.ziggo.nl/klantenservice/televisie-radio/digitale-tv/kijken/instellen/

Choose: "Best technisch", then you choose "Aan de slag!", then "Ga verder", then just choose "Een beeldbuis televisie", then "Ik ben Ziggo klant", then "Digitale ontvanger" and finally "1 ontvanger gratis". Fill in the form or log in via the button "Inloggen met Mijn Ziggo account".

That option is not working(it is working for info only but you cannot change local settings) anymore because of all the people that screwed up the tv, if I remember correct you now need a smartphone and some wav audio file to change settings on a Samsung tv.

problem is solved without any country change in settings. Samsung NL call center created an phone appointment for remote access department. He called me this morning and solved the problem. Now-I have 153 digital channels. If someone has similar problem, I can share the solution step by step. Thanks for all support.

Ok nice normally Samsung don't do that if you buy the tv in another country, so you are very lucky :)

But I think you missing 150 channels, tv must find around 300 channels.
