Ziggo TV app not working!

Hi Friends,

I started with my all-in-one subscription on 29th January. I created my 'Mijn Ziggo' account on the same day as well. Thereafter I installed Ziggo TV app on my ipad and my android phone and logged in via my ziggo account. However I am still not able to watch live TV. When I go to diagnosis on my ipad app, it tells me that I do not have a TV or Internet subscription form Ziggo. Obviously that's not right. I tries to call Ziggo helpdesk yesterday but even after waiting for 35 minutes, can't get through.

Any suggestions are highly appreciated!
 
I think I found the solution. I changed my user name that I use to login to Mijn Ziggo. Now my android phone recognizes that I have a valid subscription. I will try it on my ipad next and see if it works as well. Once I am back home on ziggo network, hopefully I can enjoy live TV!
 
Can confirm it works fine on ipad as well... Hurray! :)
