  2. Ik had tcpoptimizer gezet zoals op screenie (modify all had ik ook nog aangevinkt) en gereboot, maar blijkbaar had het geen invloed..mits ik iets verkeerds heb gedaan:

  6. Voor TCP-Optimizer moet je niet alleen de schuif goed zetten maar ook de stip in Optimal Settings. Dan komt de knop Apply settings vrij en kan je de veranderingen ook pas doorvoeren.

    De rest van je gegevens ziet er eigenlijk boven gemiddeld goed uit. Kijk morgen ook voorzover mogelijk nog even waarom dat Arris-log stopt bij 7-7 en er verder niets meer in komt.

  7. Klopt, dat had ik ook gedaan, maar moest nog een screenie maken na de reboot. vandaar dat het nu niet meer aanstond.

    Hoe kan ik zien waarom die gestopt is met loggen? kan ik dat ergens aan en uitschakelen? Moet ik de modem eens resetten via het knopje achterin?

    Cisco log heb ik blijkbaar allemaal verwijderd, zal vanavond de router ertussen hangen en alles actief zetten qua logging.
     
  8. Die volle reset is waarschijnlijk geen slecht idee. Zo'n stilstaand log is niet echt overtuigend gezond. Kijk even de reset-procedure voor dit modem na. Bij sommige is het voldoende om de knop kort in te drukken, bij andere moet je hem 10 sec vasthouden terwijl het modem aanstaat. En dan is er nog een derde categorie waar je hem (10 sec) ingedrukt moet houden terwijl je hem opstart.
    Geen idee wat voor jou geldt; meld het even wanneer je het hebt uitgevonden dan gaat het in de database ......:cool:

  9. Goed idee, zal inderdaad even het boekje erbij pakke :)

    En dan reset ik hem, hang ik de Cisco SB Wireless-N Gigabit VPN Router geval (http://www.komplett.nl/k/ki.aspx?sku=334654) ertussen en loggen met die hap..

    Hoef ik tenminste niet meer in de meterkast te staan met mijn asus eee damn ben blij als dit eens opgelost wordt oooit :-P
     
  10. Let er op dat je ook de kans loopt dat beide resets werken maar iets anders doen (b.v gewone reset en firmware reset).
    Ik zag namelijk in het stukje log dat wel beschikbaar was, dat er (gedeeltelijk?) nieuwe code en/of profiel geladen werd; wanneer die verkeerd en/of verminkt is kan het modem misschien nooit meer goed komen zonder die volle firmware reset.
