Two weeks, three days and STILL NO UPGRADE.
This forum will not solve you problem.
I advise you the contact customer service for this issue.
Thanks for that suggestion there Brains, hasn't thought of that.
I have spoken to customer service many times, they said Wednesday I should have the upgrade.
pls send me all your customer details per PM. I will check the status of the update process via our back-office.
